What this website is

Most of this website is a static collection of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, images, and related files. It does not use a database, user accounts, payment processing, shopping cart, or newsletter signup. The contact form is the only server-side process: it posts enquiry fields over HTTPS to a dedicated PHP endpoint on this domain so the enquiry can be emailed to the business.

What this website collects and does not collect

The website itself does not set first-party marketing cookies, run analytics, use advertising pixels, or operate an account system. Visiting a page does not create a customer profile in a RustDesk Metal database, because this site does not include one.

When your browser requests a page or submits the contact form, it sends ordinary HTTP/HTTPS request information to the server. That can include an IP address, the time of the request, the requested path, and browser or user-agent information. Hosting or server infrastructure may keep ordinary access or security logs. Whether those logs exist, and for how long, depends on hosting configuration; this policy does not claim a specific log schedule.

Project enquiries

If you submit the contact form, you voluntarily provide:

The form sends those fields by HTTPS POST to a RustDesk Metal server endpoint on this website. JavaScript is not required to submit the form. The submission is used to receive the enquiry, review the requested project, communicate with you about it, and determine whether the project may be suitable for further discussion or estimate review. Submitting the form does not guarantee an estimate, an appointment, or project acceptance.

After a valid submission is accepted, the server composes an email to [email protected]. Email infrastructure may necessarily process that message for delivery. This policy does not name a specific email provider. The address you enter is used so the business can reply to you; it is not used as the system From address.

If you call +1 (713) 510-3021 or write to [email protected] directly, you provide whatever information you include in that call or message. We use that information to respond to your enquiry about metal restoration work.

Do not include sensitive personal information that is unrelated to a restoration project. This site does not request payment details, Social Security numbers, or account passwords.
